TRIAL EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Bender has been lead counsel on many types of criminal cases ranging from class "B" misdemeanors to first degree felonies. He has almost 100 jury trials to his credit and countless more in which the judge decided the outcome. He also gives back to the community by educating citizens on such things like Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
